4. How long have you been in this field?

I have been certified to practice Access Consciousness Bars since May 2018, and became certified to teach in 2019. I have been certified to practice Energetic Facelift since July 2018. I have been playing with energy since childhood and, and in 2014 I began learning from healers and teachers who encouraged me acknowledge my capacities.

5. Are you a practitioner of wellness? If so, what do you practice?

I practice Access Consciousness Bars. This is a series of points on the head that, when held gently, dissipate the conscious and subconscious patterns of thought that create your reality. The end result is more lightness, freedom, and possibilities in you everyday life. All of this can be obtained by resting and relaxing  during a 1 hour session, and without mucking through what is right and wrong about your past or current situation.  Bars is a practice in receiving, and as such the receiver becomes one who can allow their life to change as if by magic. Presence, choice, creativity, and joy become normal states of being.

Additionally, I practice Access Consciousness Energetic Facelift. During a Facelift session, a variety of energies are run through the recipients body and are pulled out of the body through the face. This results in the dissipation of stored energies that present as emotion, mood, personality, and life circumstance. An additional benefit is that the natural energy flow of the face is restored. This provides the aesthetic benefits of revived facial nerves- toned skin, fewer wrinkles, and overall brighter complexion.

6. Where are you located?

I am located in the Koreatown neighborhood of  Los Angeles, California, 90005

7. Do you teach at a studio, offer private sessions or, both?

10. How did you end up being in wellness?

As a child I spent most of my free time in nature. As anyone who has spent time in nature knows- nature in its its unbridled form knows nothing of linearity or expectancy. The unexpected and unimagined is "normal". I became comfortable with the congruency of energy and physical manifestation- to the point that I was more comfortable interpreting and communicating energetically as opposed to emotionally or physically. These were the happy and free years of my childhood.

However, I later moved to an urban area and allowed religion, formal education, desire to connect with others, and fear of not being "successful" to override my energetic intuition. At that time I unconsciously created the darkest years of my life; though, on the outside they looked awe-inspiring and prosperous.

I knew that prosperity and deep connections were natural for me (and I didn't have to exchange my energetic connection for success). But somewhere I bought that I had to "journey" to prosperity, and "do" for joy and expansion- even though they had always been there when I expected them. So from 2014 to 2018 I worked with healers and teachers, took courses, read books, meditated countless hours, and enjoyed it all to some degree.

Then, on New Year's Eve of 2018, I made a decision that there was nothing wrong with me, based on the fact that the needs and voids I had perceived over the past 4 years were always fulfilled upon request... I decided to ask for something different. I decided to ask for something based on the rightness of me. Though, I didn't even know what to ask for. My addiction to being wrong (needing healing) had hijacked much of my creative capacity.  What was possible for me if nothing about me was wrong?

Access  Consciousness showed up, as if by magic.  I had my Bars run (something the control freak in me had rejected 2 years prior). All of a sudden life became easy again- law school became easy. Receiving money became easy. Expansion became easy. Being present became enjoyable. And I remembered that all of this was natural.

11. What one phrase would you use to motivate a student or client of yours?

What is possible for you that you have decided is impossible?

Access Consciousness Bars $100/hr
