A midnight snack that takes longer to eat than to make.

Midnight in a bowl

 

This recipe is how I curb my sweet craving late night when I have come from  a busy day.

 

It's so quick to make, full of protein and fiber.

 

You will need:

 

• a cup of goat milk yoghurt.

•a cup of organic granola

• 3 teaspoons of agave.

 

How to:

• Place yoghurt in a bowl.

• Then place granola and drizzle agave over.

• Feel free to add organic fruit to the mix.  

 

Then, enjoy!
