Simple yet delicious Green Matcha Bowl you can make for yourself

Blend together, in a Vitamix or Blender:

1 C coconut or almond milk

1 C spinach or kale

1 frozen banana

1/2 frozen cauliflower

1/4 avocado

2 Tbsp matcha powder

1/2 tsp mucuna pruriens powder

1/2 moon juice brain dust (optional)

Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds! Enjoy!
