Kulukhuni ukuhambisana nazo zonke izinzuzo zakamuva zezithako ezithile. Ngingumfana omkhulu womuthi wendabuko wangasempumalanga kanye nezinzuzo eziningi ezihambisana namanye ama-herbs asetshenziswe njengama-supplements ezinkulungwaneni zeminyaka.




Nazi izithako ezine engiziphakamisa kakhulu impilo yakho nokuthi kungani:




1. Ginseng.


Ngincoma kakhulu i-Ginseng. Ngiyithatha nsuku zonke futhi iyangisiza ngihlale ngiphapheme futhi ngiyasebenza; ngisho nalapho ngizizwa ngingenamandla noma ngikhathele. Lokhu akuyona indawo yokulala kodwa kungasiza ukulwa nokukhathala. Ngingumfana omkhulu we-Korean Ginseng ongathengwa ku-intanethi.






2. Oregano.


Esinye isengezo engiyithatha nsuku zonke yi-Oregano. I-Oregano isemndenini waseBasil futhi iyinhlangano yokulwa namagciwane emvelo kanye nencazelo yama-anti-fungal ukuthi iyasiza umzimba wakho ukukhipha ubuthi kalula, ikakhulukazi emathunjini akho. I-Oregano iye yahlotshaniswa nokunciphisa izingozi zomdlavuza kanye nokwehlisa i-cholesterol.




3. Ginkgo


Ukwengezwa kwesithathu engikutusa nguGingko. Izinzuzo zezempilo zivela ekuthuthukisweni kwegazi okwenziwe ngcono ekusebenzeni kobuchopho kanye nezinye izinzuzo eziningi. Uma ngithatha uGingko, ngiyabona ngcono ekugxilweni kwami  kwengqondo kanye nomzwelo jikelele. Angithathi lokhu isikhathi eside; kuphela phakathi nezinsuku engiyazi ukuthi ngizodinga ukugxila kwengqondo noma ukuzwa amandla.
